By availing our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
The fees paid to ASPIN Education Consultancy are for:
Career counseling and guidance
Admission assistance
College shortlisting
Documentation support
Application processing support
Management quota / direct admission guidance
Once these services have been initiated, the fees are generally non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If a student changes their decision after confirmation of services
If admission is delayed due to incomplete or incorrect documents provided by the student
If a student fails to meet eligibility criteria
If a student withdraws from the admission process voluntarily
If a college rejects the application due to academic or eligibility reasons
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:
If ASPIN Education Consultancy is unable to provide the agreed consultancy service
If payment was made due to a technical or duplicate transaction error
If services were not initiated after payment
Any refund request must be made in writing within 7 days of payment.
If eligible, refunds will be processed:
Within 7–14 working days
Through the original mode of payment
ASPIN reserves the right to deduct administrative or processing charges where applicable.
Please note:
Any fees paid directly to colleges or institutions are subject to the respective college’s refund policy. ASPIN Education Consultancy is not responsible for refunds of fees paid to third-party institutions.
