At ASPIN Education Consultancy, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in our services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may or may not be provided for consultancy services.

By availing our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Consultancy Service Fees

The fees paid to ASPIN Education Consultancy are for:

• Career counseling and guidance

• Admission assistance

• College shortlisting

• Documentation support

• Application processing support

• Management quota / direct admission guidance

Once these services have been initiated, the fees are generally non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If a student changes their decision after confirmation of services

• If admission is delayed due to incomplete or incorrect documents provided by the student

• If a student fails to meet eligibility criteria

• If a student withdraws from the admission process voluntarily

• If a college rejects the application due to academic or eligibility reasons

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

• If ASPIN Education Consultancy is unable to provide the agreed consultancy service

• If payment was made due to a technical or duplicate transaction error

• If services were not initiated after payment

Any refund request must be made in writing within 7 days of payment.

4. Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be processed:

• Within 7–14 working days

• Through the original mode of payment

ASPIN reserves the right to deduct administrative or processing charges where applicable.

5. College / Institution Fees

Please note:

Any fees paid directly to colleges or institutions are subject to the respective college’s refund policy. ASPIN Education Consultancy is not responsible for refunds of fees paid to third-party institutions.
